@delhivery My parcel is stuck in out for delivery from the last 2-3 days and everyday the status is getting updated that recipient is not available.
I have already shared the details over DM.
such a frustating experience @delhivery. No contact nothing and the parcel is continuously being marked as "❗️You were not available to collect your shipment❗️"
I highly doubt if your people are really attempting the delivery.
@delhivery The issue is still there and no resolution was taken place. I am not sure if you really are working on the issue or wanted to resolve the issue
