AMC Entertainment does not consent to Robinhood creating Stock Tokens to replicate AMC shares in the United States (the SEC requires you to get our consent, or failing that, at least with us to stand down). They are fake, synthetic shares, which could impact our capital structure.
AMC should control our financial destiny, not Robinhood.

Hey @SECGov AMC crossed $3 billion at the box office and the stock ran to roughly $3.40. Two days later, another ~$50 million has been added, yet the stock has been driven back below $3 with $3 call options expiring tomorrow.
