The horn player with @oarband in MN tonight is one of the best parts of live music I’ve seen in awhile. Slayed that trumpet 💯
We did all the things this weekend.
Explored new city this weekend in fitting Minnesota fashion: Twins game. State Fair. New restaurant in Loop. Hiked a state park. Vegas Lounge karaoke. Cabin rental hunting. An early bday celebration for @cljohnst. Thank you to our military men + women for freedom to adventure
My husband just gave me the greatest compliment a @mnwild beat reporter can: “You’re a play driver. You’re like Kirill. You make things happen.” #hockeywife @JoeSmithNHL
So happy to be back in one of our favorite places in this wide, beautiful world.
Our @RussoHockey has the live coverage from #mnwild game in Dallas. @cljohnst and I are doing some pre-scouting for team’s western Canada trip #banff
I’ll be honest, I have some concerns about leaving our fantastic community here in Tampa Bay. (We have damn good friends here.) But Sammy continuing to be spoiled rotten is not one of them.
Since I got @JoeSmithNHL a ‘Welcome to Minny’ gift a few weeks ago, I figured I better get his dog, Sammy, a couple things

Hey @mnwild fans, @cljohnst and I are in Twin Cities finding our new home! If you see us around town the next few days, say hello. We’re open to any suggestions on favorite spots (food, drinks, apartments). Maybe we’ll see a few of you at @gaslightanthem!
I’m officially shake-my-fist old-lady status, but these screen ordering systems are the worst thing to happen to airport restaurants. Please, @FlyTPA, never get them. @JFKairport, bad call.

Love this story from @JoeSmithTB on Palat Family traditions. Makes me want to dream up our own version of their book and rum library documenting life’s best moments.
Every time Ondrej Palat scores a goal, his dad buys some rum. “The bigger the goal, the better the rum.” With Palat’s clutch play, there’s a lot of top-shelf stuff. Behind scenes of 2 am watch party in Frýdek-Místek, how Czech town celebrates their “hero.” theathletic.com/3383549/2022…
“The Lightning realized they haven’t won anything yet — they just staved off execution for another night…(But) win one more, and now it’s an anything-can-happen Game 7 back in Denver.” theathletic.com/3383252/2022…

“So that mountain is a little bit higher? Well, at least we’re still climbing.”
The @TBLightning dynasty is on life support, and there's no shame if they lose to #Avs. But if there's a team that can pull off this improbable comeback, it's this group.

Nothing bugs me more than fans who repeatedly — and angrily — yell, “Shoot it!” when players are setting up a play. Everyone’s an expert. Wonder why they’re not on the ice. #gobolts

Jon Cooper: “I’ll speak with you tomorrow. You’re going to see what I mean when you see that goal. My heart breaks for the players because we probably still should be playing. I’ll be available tomorrow.”

This is the most damming footage I’ve seen yet.
As Nazem Kadri (the winning goal scorer) gets on the ice it takes MacKinnon over 5 seconds to get back to the bench and he’s clearly much further than 5 feet away.
Remote work for the win, again. Love being able to support my rockstar husband on the road and get in some killer adventures while we’re at it.
It’s been a long three years work-wise, so it’s always important to take a breath, step back and enjoy the beauty around us. Plenty of @TBLightning coverage coming, but enjoyed an afternoon in the mountains #denver #pencepark @cljohnst

Ondrej Palat of the @TBLightning became the first player in NHL history to score multiple game-winning goals during the final 2:00 of regulation in a playoff year. 🤯
Only four other players have done so in the final 5:00. ⬇️

It’s pretty amazing too that @TBLightning are doing this - one win from another Cup Final - without Brayden Point. To sweep Panthers and overcome a 2-0 hole to Rangers without a top-10 caliber player says a lot about their depth and determination.
