Today, I’m sharing my first letter to the KMNO community as CEO Since joining @kamino , I’ve been asked a version of the same question by longtime KMNO holders and people getting to know us for the first time. As Kamino grows, where does the value we create go? It’s a fair question, particularly as we work to bring Kamino into banks, brokerages and wallets, through which our goal is to allow millions of people to earn on their capital or borrow against assets they already own. The answer starts with how Kamino was built. The Kamino Foundation owns the intellectual property and receives all revenue, including revenue from institutional partnerships. KMNO is the only token. The founders, our investors, the team and I have our upside tied to the same token our community holds. None of us has a separate equity allocation. What we do with the revenue matters, too. We’re committing at least $20 million over the next two years to expand the assets people can use on Kamino, and bring Kamino's credit and liquidity infrastructure to more of the platforms consumers already use today. I wrote my first letter to KMNO holders to put those decisions on the record. I also share why I chose to make most of my own KMNO allocation vest only when it reaches and sustains a series of valuation milestones. One Kamino. One KMNO.

For the first time in 10 years, a new major version of Postgres is delayed.... because AI is helping them find and fix so many bugs. rhaas.blogspot.com/2026/10/p… We've seen record sized breaches this past week and there has been a sharp rise in security incidents as AI is weaponized to find and exploit vulnerabilities in code. What's less visible is the much steeper rise in how AI is being used to write more secure software and defend at every layer. Builders have always had a fundamental advantage against attackers because they have full access to source code and control over system design. We haven't always had the resources to fully take advantage of this asymmetry, but now with AI we do. Everything we build can now be designed and pentested by the best security minds (models) in seconds -- for cents. Not all teams have had the time to catch up yet, so we're not out of the woods as an industry. But as the best teams fully modernize how they ship, AI is also enabling an era of the most trusted software ever. You don't see this in dramatized headlines yet, but it's a very good time to build.

The market changed while nobody was watching. One enterprise customer could bring 10M+ TPS onchain overnight. Celestia is building where demand starts. Voyager's 21M TPS is one node, not a live network yet. But crypto's startup phase is over. A real demand wave is coming.
I'm thrilled to announce Voyager, a blockchain design for hyperscale agentic payments clocking in at 21M TPS. 3 things worth highlighting: 1. Celestia Labs is one of the best positioned teams to capture the agentic payments opportunity. We have been building towards millions of TPS for over 5 years, when many thought such a feat would be impossible and never needed. In time, even 21M TPS could look small so we're prepared to scale Voyager far beyond this. Fibre can handle up to ~2B TPS of DA, now it's time to find out what the upper limits on execution are. 2. Voyager marks a significant change in Celestia Labs' capability. We are no longer just providing raw blockspace, we are building the tools to turn that blockspace into useful execution to solve real problems. When we acquired Sovereign Labs in July, the goal was to do exactly this. Build full stack solutions that encompass DA, execution and beyond. Voyager is just the first product. More to come. 3. Celestia will do more for AI that just power agentic payments. Blockchains provide the ideal substrate for agents to coordinate in both financial and non-financial ways. We also see blockchains as a critical tool for humanity to establish safeguards and maintain governance over agents in the future. But in order for any of this to work, you need a blockchain that can keep up with the speed and scale of agentic activity. We believe Celestia has a role to play here and we're working towards this. --- Major props to the engineering team for reaching yet another major benchmark milestone after hitting 3Tb/s on Fibre just a few weeks ago. Incredible work. Stay tuned for more details on the technical architecture and our benchmarking setup.
