The 1st District in MS is one of only 20 districts across the country where a Dem. challenger outraised a Rep. incumbent in the most recent reporting period. We raised $259,000 in the fourth quarter (Q4), and incumbent Trent Kelly raised $107,000. 45+ times more than D opponent.
