Unpopular opinion: I still prefer reading physical books over digital ones.

roughly the only winning hands left in software are new networks spawned through some sort of an intelligence layer. i suspect the ai labs will not get there anytime soon like they did with personal agents primarily because building networks is more orthogonal to their dna than anything else really.

Seeing a lot of freelancers and founders worried about their USD accounts this week 😟 If you get paid by US clients, @SeevCash gives you a US bank account, corporate cards and stablecoin-backed USD you can move anywhere. DM me and we'll get you onboarded 🙌🏽

A programmer and a software engineer aren’t the same. I’ve known many people who made a living writing code, but they were always a cog in a larger process they never understood. Frontier models can do that job today. 1000x better. Software engineers can write code, but they always understood code was a means to an end. Software engineering is alive and well.

there is one universal truth: you have to use emotion for acquisition & substance for retention. you can apply it to products, dating women, whatever. the same damn principle applies everywhere: what gets someone interested is rarely if ever the same thing that makes them stay.

I'm a heavy @bot user: filing @seevcash's US corporate taxes, running our National Service recruitment and sorting customer feedback. Loved seeing attendees at last Saturday's SpaceXSI Ghana Community event set up their cards for subscriptions. Thanks @YawAntwiOwusu and team for hosting us.

In 1994, software was dead. People told me programming was for nerds and that I should become a doctor or a lawyer instead. In 2004, software was dead. People told me that someone from India would take my job for $5/hour. In 2014, software was dead. People told me that no-code was going to kill every job and doom my career. In 2024, software was dead with Devin, Windsurf, Copilot, and OpenAI o1. We kill software every 10 years, and yet the demand for good Software Engineers has never been higher.

97% is great until it's the code moving everyone's money. the benchmark says how often it works, not how you check the part that doesn’t
