Most US venture investors want a Delaware C-Corp. Converting later is possible, but it costs legal fees, time, and sometimes tax.
Decide on your 3-year plan, not today's convenience.
Your US LLC made $0 this year. You may still owe the IRS a filing, and missing it costs $25,000.
