....and remember guys; your role models don't have to be the same gender as you!! As inspirations, women have been as important to me as a pilot as men have, possibly more so. #avgeek #girlswhofly #justanotherpilot #notallheroeswearcapes @lorraine @carolvorders @kirstymurphy18
Jo Salter, the first female RAF fighter pilot, and Kirsty Murphy, the first female Red Arrow pilot, hope that they can inspire young women and girls to follow any career path they like - 'Those options are out there for them'. #Lorraine

Im moving to Bluesky and liking it so far. X has gone downhill & just not as engaging as it was. I was here mainly for aviation content: some cars, science, & environment. I didnt block anyone for party politics but being reasonable hasnt helped. It`s just not fun here anymore

Conflicted. Like the tweeps and aviation/car content but struggling with effectivsly supporting Twitter's owners immoral sweepstakes. Supporting a candidate is one thing but directly rewarding, manipulating, corrupting voters is wrong.

I remember this and their craft the "Fiery Phoenix" - sure this fueled my desire to be a pilot
Battle of the Planets (1978 - 1980) Although it came to Britain in 1978, it started out life as the Japanese anime Gatchaman in 1972. It was also the most successful anime series in the USA during the 1970s. At one time, this was the most exciting part of my week.

Yesterday was my last day in my old job due redundancy. The role didn't quite live up to the promise it held but nonetheless I've learned an immense amount. Going to take a pause and lets see if I can't find something that is both fun and suits my life

More cars with character pleeeeease !!!
Renault are a brand with their mojo firmly lit. As if we needed further proof, this. After Hyundai 's Vision 74, the Germans really need to up their game for charismatic cars. autocar.co.uk/car-news/new-c…

Have I any followers who are #psychologists and pilots (or sports coaches)? How do you recognise overthinking in a learning environment? Was mentioned to me as a student pilot, but it's come up again and I can't see it?
