Colleagues in our New York office recently participated in a volunteer event with Rescuing Leftover Cuisine (RLC), repackaging 65 pounds of prepared food to provide more than 100 meals for the Grand Central Food Program. We’re proud to partner with RLC to give back to our local community by helping to reduce food waste and supporting those experiencing food insecurity.

At IPEM Global last week, Rafael Calvo, Managing Director and Head of European Private Credit Portfolio Management, joined the panel, “Private Debt | Portfolio management for the future – due diligence, data and disclosure.” The conversation covered how managers are responding to growing LP expectations around portfolio data and disclosure, and the role technology can play in investment decisions, portfolio monitoring, and reporting. We recently welcomed the Boys and Girls Club of Santa Monica to our offices for a Career Dash Teens event, which mentored high school students on entrepreneurship and career development. Marcelia Freeman, Josh Lederman, Joshua Robinson, Kathleen Holihan, and Mary Mansaray coached the students through a "Shark Tank"-style pitch competition, while Blair Glimcher and Jessica Lambert discussed their career journey in a Q&A. Employees of our Clearlake Credit team in London recently participated in the JPMorganChase Corporate Challenge at Battersea Park, joining thousands of participants from over 700 companies for a 5.6km run in support of @CR_UK. In its 40th year in London and 50th globally, the Corporate Challenge is a great way to give back to local communities. Well done Clearlake Credit team!

Over 20 employees from Clearlake’s Santa Monica office recently volunteered with the Westside Food Bank, handing out food to more than 200 people during the organization’s monthly Emergency Relief Distribution and Resources Fair. Since 2025, Clearlake has partnered with Westside to support their mission to end hunger in our communities.
