Dear @WestJet - Please ensure that Luis Daniel on YVR to LAX gets some serious appreciation from the higher ups. He’s fantastic.
Genuinely and pleasantly surprised that @WestJet delivered our delayed baggage to our house within 36 hours of the YYC snowstorm mess that diverted our plane. I’m impressed! THANK YOU!
I have flown multiple times this past month and I gotta say, I have yet to see another Canadian airline with staff as friendly as @WestJet

I'm seeing posts of people saying they want to go to Church, but don't know 'the rules'
Well, it's kind of beautiful
Because you can just go!
Everyone there already wants you there, too.
So just turn up!
Join in, or just watch
But feel the outpouring of Love

Make sure you know what you're retiring to.
This was a hard post to write.
I almost didn't write it in fact. I've started and trashed this story many times.
But I believe there are important lessons in this story we can learn from.
Warning: this does not have a happy ending.

The Disney changes revealed today are significant - but I’m more hopeful about the overall direction.
Parks fans are CONSTANTLY told change is inevitable - but for the last several years, EVERY change felt like taking a step backwards. That sucks.
That’s why today felt good.
