After their splendid efforts this season, the Reserves were presented with the Intermediate A League Trophy last night after the game with Old Newton. #Champions 👏💙🖤💙

Club statement 💙🖤

The A team keep the pressure on in the league with a workman like victory over @Capel_Plough reserves by 3-0 (Griggs, Binda and OG). #JustKeepWinning #StickTogether #GriggsScoresGoals #OneClub 💙🖤

The First team come out on top in a close affair with @OldNewtonUnited winning 2-0 (Cole with both). Not much to choose between the sides but a moment of brilliance from Coley the outstanding highlight. #ScoresFrom50yds #ColeyScoresGoals #StickTogether #OneClub 💙🖤

The A team return to action with a trip to the wonderful surroundings of @TheCastlemen to face their A team. Another 3 points required to keep the pressure on at the top. #StayFocused #3PointsRequired #OneClub 💙🖤💙

The First team travel to @EBUFC1 tomorrow looking for a much better performance than the last time we played Bergholt. Be great to get back playing again after the winter break 👀 #StayFocused #MustPerform #Attitude #OneClub 💙🖤💙

The Reserves have a top of the table clash against @Cops_FC Reserves to get their 2022 going! #TopOfTableClash #BigGame #TeamSpirit #OneClub 💙🖤💙

We wish all our committee members, managers, coaches and players, fantastic sponsors @whipstreet and Care To Educate, plus all the SIL community a safe, healthy and very Merry Christmas. Peace and love to you all 💙🖤

A fine performance from the Reserves sees them return from @CockfieldU with a 5-0 win (Bultitude and 2 each for Griggs and Blow). A good spectacle with some excellent football on show and some decent goals thrown in 👏 #StayTop #BlowScoresGoals #Togetherness #OneClub 💙🖤💙

The Reserves stay top after a 3-1 win (Blow, Harper, Furlong) over @TrimRedDevils. A change of formation at HT after a slow first half, where we were indebted to our keeper, saw an improved 2nd half with clinical finishing when required. #SafeHands #TakeChances #StayTop 💙🖤💙

After last weeks' misery, the First team put in a proper shift to beat @BenhallStMary 4-0 (Cole and Taylor 3). Toughed it out as required, but also played some decent football, with Taylor scoring a hatty of superb freekicks! #FreekickHattrick #TeamEffort #Attitude #OneClub 💙🖤

With no games for the First team or Reserves, it’s all eyes on our A team tomorrow as they fly the flag for the club when they welcome @FcWenhaston Reserves to the Circle. 1.45 kick off. Cafe open. #OneClub 💙🖤💙

Next, our player profile looks at Ryan Wragg 😃 Joined us last season after many successful years at Achilles 🍾💪 Wraggey has now settled into the First team squad and is regularly finding the back of the net ⚽️ Works hard in training 😊 and always present on a team night out 🥰
