Yes! This is a huge deal for Nashville and for self-government. Appeals may follow, of course, but we are on a strong footing. It’s great that the panel affirmed what has been plain all along: the Metro Council Reduction Act was in obvious violation of the State Constitution.

Location and date update for the community meeting about the Shelby Golf Course. It will be on 7/29 at 4:30pm at the club house (2021 Fatherland St.) Reminder that this meeting will only be about a golf course issue: golf balls veering off the 10th hole toward nearby houses.
