Hi @AskNationwide I’ve been extremely disappointed with the recent service or should I say no service I have received. I put in a credit card dispute on the 16th November and I’ve heard absolutely nothing since. The confirmation email stated I would hear back in 2-4 weeks.

Hi @British_Airways really disappointed with my first ever experience of flying with you. 11 hour flight to Mexico BA2203 they flight completely ran out of all drinks except water and juice. No snacks 1 rather disgusting hot meal and then about 8 hours later a not very nice roll

Hi @AgeasUK I was absolutely disgusted to be charged an admin fee of £50 for cancelling a car insurance policy I’ve had for 1 month. The fee should represent the amount of admin involved, it took 30 seconds to cancel. I wish I got paid £50 for 30 seconds of work.
