Do you have a genomes-to-phenome project in mind that works towards mitigating #environmental impacts from #crop and #livestock production? We have a #grant for that! See full RFP at ag2pi.org/seed-grants/coconu…

I am so thrilled to share our PigGTEx resource, as part of the FarmGTEx project. Here we provide the first comprehensive atlas of regulatory variants (e.g., eQTL) across 34 tissues in pigs, and show its importance in studying complex trait genetics and human biomedicine.

Great opportunity for both crop and livestock researchers to improve how we predict phenotype using genotype #ag2pi
🌽Did you hear? New 🥥grant RFP just released: ag2pi.org/seed-grants/coconu… Research grants < $250k to support advances in #agriculture G2P science, methods and tools. Projects that address challenges shared across #crops and #livestock encouraged. @USDA_NIFA
