On the public anger against TV media: the average person on the street is not responding to individual reporters, they don't know their bylines or body of work— but what TV news has come to mean. And so it ceases to matter whether every channel has good reporters, ofc they do, but their presence alone cannot repair the damage done night after night on primetime.
