NEW The beautiful lie of coursework
Coursework is back, apparently. On the surface it may look fair, humane and authentic but it isn’t. Cwk rewards outside help, invites bias, spreads stress and dumps more work on teachers. Seven reasons why exams remain the least-worst option.

More great news on housing:
The supply side is responding nicely to the policy settings put in place that are designed to boost dwelling supply. The number of new dwelling building approvals (trend) is up a tubthumping 39% since the Feb 2024.
And isn't it nice to see policy working?
Policy is boosting new supply; it is reducing housing demand & the fact that house prices are falling when household incomes growth is rising and interest rates are flat, suggests a huge change in affordability.
