Polymarket and its athlete endorsers are under fire for a market on whether any of the seven male defendants accused of raping a Cornell student will get a felony sex crime charge.

This is all true. This former GOP state legislator closely aligned with DeSantis and Randy Fine -- Mike Caruso -- was arrested in August on charges of sexually abusing multiple young kids in his family, including his grandson and a niece.
He had previously advocated the death penalty for pedophiles. This picture is when Caruso, Randy Fine and DeSantis went to Israel in 2023 to sign a "hate speech" law that restricted the free speech rights of Floridians on behalf of Israel. They signed it in Israel.

A political operation calling itself “Democrats for Mike Rogers” has spent roughly $4.4 MILLION helping Republican Mike Rogers defeat Michigan's Democratic Senate nominee, Abdul El-Sayed.
And guess who's helping fund it?
Federal campaign-finance records show $50,000 from a pro-Rogers PAC and another $25,000 from a PAC dedicated to electing Republicans.
The group's treasurer, Karen Whitsett, actually LEFT the Democratic Party earlier this year.
Drop Site News investigated some of these supposed Democratic defectors and discovered longstanding Republican supporters and donors, including people who were backing Republicans well before El-Sayed won his primary.
Rogers is courting pro-Israel Democrats who oppose El-Sayed, while a Republican-funded political operation promotes the appearance of a Democratic revolt.
Apparently, when a progressive wins the Democratic primary, the next move is to slap “Democrats” on a Republican political operation and spend millions trying to defeat him.
I'd love to know how many actual Democratic voters this operation represents.
Because the money trail is telling a very interesting fucking story.

Mike Rogers second wife worked for Paul Bremer in Iraq.
Rogers divorced his wife in 2007 and married Kristi Clemens in 2010.
After her Iraq job, Kristi launched the U.S. branch of Aegis, a security contractor, which got a billion dollar contract after Mike Rogers became chair of the Intel Committee. Kristi Rogers took credit for it in a now-deleted bio.
Then in 2014, Rogers faced criticism from the right for slow-walking the Benghazi investigation in order to protect his wife and her firm, which was doing work in Libya.
After his divorce, Rogers broke, his disclosures show. His wealth surged as his wife’s company raked in taxpayer money.
