Congrats to my daughter Molly for carrying on the family tradition of ethical, respectful hunting. She harvested this antelope on our ranch with her Grandpa's (my dad's) rifle. The meat will fill the freezer for her family this winter. (She is also the designer behind my site, merch, social media, and has her own wildlife art at MollyBoxArt.com)

In 2023, my novel STORM WATCH came out. Of course, I was hoping it would debut at #1 on the NYT. But it didnāt. It was beaten out by Dolly Parton and James Pattersonās RUN ROSE RUN. I whined about that and received no sympathy from anyone. Even members of my own family said, āDad, itās Dolly!ā
Thatās how much she meant to people.
