Was having a good Christmas until I saw a post about something that happened to a Seattle business (arson) and now I’m back to feeling like I hate SD and like I took a million steps back by moving back here and how much I want my life back

My goodness I miss Seattle. I’ve watched two professional sports games on TV taking place there and it’s rough.

Yesterday I found out my line cook is taking a month off in a couple weeks. Apparently previous management gave him the ok without any proper documentation so I would’ve just NOT had a line cook for a month without any notice. Cool.
