What is the point of sending me a text warning me that you’re going to take a payment, AFTER you’ve taken it? @DartCharge. Surely the point of the warning text is so i can make sure there are funds? So sending it one hour before at 3am is pointless too.

Disappointing lounge experience at Porto airport @British_Airways, barely any food, minimal replenishment, no glasses for soft drinks, and unable to sit with my partner because it was so busy.
