Here's something I've noticed after decades in tech. It used to be that the person who knew a skill the best won. Now the person who learns the fastest wins. Technology is changing so quickly that by the time you become the expert in one tool or one framework, it's already shifting underneath you. I've watched people spend two years going deep on one thing, only to find out that thing barely matters anymore. Meanwhile, someone else picked up the basics, applied it, got feedback, and pivoted three times in that same window. That person is ahead. Not because they knew more, but because they moved faster. Stop asking how do I become the best at this. Start asking how quickly can I learn enough to take action, and what will I learn from that action. Speed of learning is the new expertise. Write down one skill you've been overthinking instead of testing. Then give yourself one week to go learn just enough and put it into action.

The Ubuntu operating system was named after the African philosophy of Ubuntu, a concept from Southern Africa that centers on humanity, community, and the belief that “I am because we are.” Ubuntu is a Linux operating system developed by the British company Canonical. The name projects the system’s values of collaboration, sharing, and open-source development.

It only took 14 years… but it’s finally here 😊 Meet NexPhone — a smartphone built to run Android, launch Linux (Debian) on demand, and dual-boot Windows 11. My 14-year founder story: nexphone.com/blog/the-tale-o… If you want to support what we’re building, a repost helps a lot.

Holy crap. This is the genre of software that's in the most danger: - Kind of mid in quality - Highly niche use-cases - It's been winner takes all for the space in the past - Often involved special formats or protocols And now Claude Code can just reverse engineer it. 🤯
My annual MRI scan gives me a USB stick with the data, but you need this commercial windows software to open it. Ran Claude on the stick and asked it to make me a html based viewer tool. This looks... way better.
