Dear @DVLAgovuk I live in Northern Ireland where an MOT cannot be secured at a garage but at special MOT centres for which there are very long waiting lists. I secured the earliest date but it was long after my MOT expired and so I could not tax the car and by that date I had received a fine. On the day I secured an MOT I taxed the car and appealed the fine. This morning by DontReply email my appeal has been turned down. Where can I appeal this decision?

I’m fundraising to seed finance a @HSC_NI investment in CAR-T Therapy as none is currently available in Northern Ireland where I live. I, like many others in NI, am in remission from cancer - Mantle Cell Lymphoma, in my case.
