Smoking a pork shoulder today and connected my wireless thermometer to Home Assistant. Now I can track and log all of my cooks. The dip in the graph shows when I pulled the pork shoulder out to wrap it. Technology is pretty cool sometimes.
Had a lot of fun helping to put this together today. Big thanks to everyone who willingly got smacked in the face with whip cream. Some priceless reactions for sure.
