excited to announce that @Cloudflare Artifacts is now in open beta!
with Artifacts, you can give every application and agent its own repo that you can manage programmatically
plus you can use it to store and deploy your Workers code (and ofc it integrates with Workers Previews)

Told y'all @emdashcms wasn't just an April Fools' joke 🤓
Today we're shipping EmDash 1.0: a stable CMS built on Astro with sandboxed plugins and a decentralized plugin registry.

a banger ship deserves a banger tune
this is such a big deal — worker previews are so good now and Just Work with any repo, observability baked in, plus support for durable objects
allows agents to go brrr

Introducing Worker Previews: give your agent an entire production-like environment for every change it makes
Chythra Malapati retweeted
we wanted to make it easy for you to share specific Workers applications with your teammates
so now, you can now grant scoped access directly from the Workers dash
go to your Worker -> click "Invite" -> choose right level of access — that's it!

Such a big quality of life improvement in Cloudflare! So proud this is rolling out. Access also fully supports granular authZ

you can now give any teammate or agent access to just one Worker
we’re starting by bringing granular authz to Workers and are are working on supporting the same for D1, KV, and the rest of dev plat!
here are 4 new roles that you can set to grant the right level of access 👇

wanna build a voice agent without wiring the whole backend from scratch?
we open-sourced a deployable voice agent starter with speech-to-text, an LLM, text-to-speech, durable state, guardrails, and MCP integration already wired together.
it answers Cloudflare docs questions out of the box, but the source is yours to customize for any use case

this summer I shipped something real at @Cloudflare :)
BotBase for Operators is now live in the dashboard. a new home for bot operators, and our first step toward better tooling for bots + AI agents crawling the web.
very cool to point at the dash and say “i shipped that”

At 250 billion DNS cache entries, one wasted byte costs 250 GB of RAM.
Five Rust optimizations later: 100 TB freed, inserts 43% faster, lookups 19% faster.
We didn't trade speed for space. cfl.re/4gyL9Jj

who wants to try out new granular permissions for @Cloudflare Workers?
would allow you to give a user/agent access to a specific Worker, without granting access to every Worker in your account
DM me if you're interested

Most agents can build apps. Cloudflare OS can actually use the apps it builds.
This means if your team builds a tool to do a job, an agent can use the tool as you would—on a schedule or upon a triggering event—even if you're not there to work with it.

rambled some more about language and design systems, because this is apparently my whole personality now
curious how other teams use shared shorthand to ship consistent UI faster

now I don’t have to worry about my agent having too many permissions😅. great work Miller @ShapeAPI #internSHIP 💯
If you're building an MCP server, you know the problem: agents need broad permissions in theory, but users don't want to grant all of them.
Cloudflare OAuth now supports optional scopes. Users pick what they're comfortable with at consent time — your app gets exactly what was approved.

Access policies now attach directly to Workers. You can protect a single Worker across all domains or lock down every Worker in your account by default.
