This is Noah Shannon, model citizen, slated to be Hawkeye senior defensive captain 2023. He had guilt pangs for having bet $10 on the Iowa Women's Basketball team in the 2023 NCAA tournament. The only bet he ever made. He turned himself in to coaches for the transgression who forwarded it to the NCAA.
They ruled him inelligible for the entire season, effectively ending his career. If the NCAA allows someone else to play after making thousands of bets, including many on his own team, I am going to fucking riot

The assassination of Charlie Kirk is bringing out some of the best in humanity and it’s also exposing some of the worst. The unification, love, support, and outcry on his behalf throughout the world is heartwarming. The number of people supporting Tyler Robinson’s appalling behavior has opened my eyes to a side of extremism with a moral superiority complex that has also shaken my belief in people in general. I hope they are held accountable for their disgusting rhetoric.

A few people may have noticed that I resisted an enthusiastic endorsement of Donald Trump during the election.
But now, I’m amazed by the Trump cabinet (many of whom I would have picked).
I love his message to the Ukrainian warmongers, and along with his DOGE initiative shows I was wrong to withhold my endorsement.
So today, admittedly a little tardy, I give Donald Trump my enthusiastic endorsement!
(Too little too late some will say, but, you know, it is sincere, there is that.)
Don’t expect this endorsement to be fawning.
I still think tariffs are a terrible idea, but Dios Mio, what courage, what tenacity.

In 2016, there was no peaceful transition of power. Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, and the Democratic Party weaponized the FBI, DOJ, and the legacy media to frame Donald Trump as a Russian agent.
They lied to a FISA court multiple times to secure wiretaps and surveillance on Trump and his team. For years, federal agency heads fed disinformation to the media to undermine the duly elected president—the first populist outsider in recent history.
The same media that dismissed Hunter Biden’s laptop as Russian disinformation, perpetuated the “very fine people” hoax, and portrayed Joe Biden as “sharp as a tack” also lied to the public about the integrity of the 2020 election. Russiagate, along with disinformation campaigns and social media censorship from the left, fueled widespread distrust and deep frustration with our institutions, ultimately leading to the events of January 6th.
Meanwhile, the left supported BLM protests that caused billions in damages across American cities, yet continues to focus on January 6th because they are obsessed with smearing President Trump and his supporters while projecting moral superiority.
For Trump supporters, who now represent the majority of the country, there was no peaceful transfer of power in 2016. Russiagate was always seen as the real insurrection—a coordinated attempt by the Washington establishment, unelected bureaucrats, and national institutions to overthrow the American people's choice for president.

The Coastal Commission has one job – take care of the California coast.
It is illegal for them to make decisions based on what they (mostly wrongly) think are my politics.
For example, I have done more to advance sustainable energy & help the environment than maybe anyone ever, which is not exactly a “far-right” position.
Yet here they are shamelessly breaking the law!
They should resign immediately and face the appropriate legal consequences for their actions.

Not only is what they're saying completely ridiculous but it has absolutely nothing to do with their mandate of conserving the state's coastline – They will be sued.

Was it an insurrection against democracy when U.S. intelligence agencies promoted the Russiagate hoax?

Was it an insurrection against democracy when 51 intelligence officials lied about the Blden laptop to get it censored and influence the election?
Was it an insurrection against democracy when BLM burned down cities for weeks, including violent attacks on the Secret Service as they attempted to burn down the White House?
The Democrat Party celebrated all these insurrections against democracy.
Kamala Harris promoted funds to bail out BLM rioters who caused $1 to $2 billion in damage while burning, looting, and rioting in American cities for weeks.
Kamala Harris' bail fund even freed George Howard, who shot and killed a man shortly after his release.
Elizabeth Warren stated on national TV that Democrats rigged their primary election in 2016.
The Democrat Party rigged their primary election again in 2024.
Yet, the same people go on TV every day and lecture America about attacks against our democracy.
