It’s always hard to lose, especially playing in a new Duels format, but we still had a great journey getting there. 2nd place at the largest collegiate event for Smash is no joke.
Really proud of the team, and our journey so far. A lot to reflect on, but we will be back!

On September 7th, 2026, The Kirby Yarn Squad swam into STSW #47 with the goal of winning. While we didn't win, we outplaced our seed by 2 and snagged our FIRST gold podium result together. Our coach was there to watch us all the way along with twitch. Next time, the squad wins.
