I had the opportunity to present this afternoon to a group of awesome and super kind teachers! They’re part of this super cool grant from the Department of Ed that provides professional development from arts teachers from across the country.
It is not everyday that you get to be in a session with someone who you follow on TikTok that produces amazing videos! It was such a great session and thanks @chromaticteach for sharing with us @KedcARTS. @KEDC1 is really sharing some amazing resources for the #Arts. @KEDCGrants

Adam gives a thought-provoking and nuanced take on the topic of decimal points in BPMs. Check it out (and you might see a special appearance from me!)
this BPM is trash, or, why decimal points in tempos are bad, actually.

Hello everyone on here, I forget to tweet a lot of times 😂 but I am here and I’d love to connect with more teachers on Twitter!
Today one of my students showed me a Pokémon card of Shellder; he said “look closely at the name” so I said “oh, it has shell in it because he has a shell!” And then he covered up the “s” and “der.” Scandalous
I feel like I’ve really got my life together when I have the Keurig completely set up for the morning and I only have to press start

Hey, Twitter! I’m going into my second year teaching music but my first year in my classroom. If you could help me fill up my classroom with books and instruments, that would be wonderful!
