May I just say, credit where credit's due: the performance of the @Sonos app is now, finally, pretty good - probably better than before the debacle. But the debacle should never have happened.

100% agree. I'll stand for an amazing show (e.g. @mincemeatlive) but for a mediocre show I will stolidly stay seated even when everyone else leaps to their feet (not naming names but this happened literally last week).
