On this difficult day, I have some things to say about gratitude, storytelling, and leadership. I hope they're helpful to those looking for light and encouragement.

In the state of Pennsylvania, there are 2,000 doors being knocked per minute every minute for Harris Walz. There are 80,000 volunteers there & more on the way (including me!) This has never happened before for Get Out The Vote. The ground game is going to win this!💙 – at Brooklyn, NY
If you're stressed, I've got something for you. I made this @YouTube playlist of cozy Fall scenes w/ relaxing music: youtube.com/playlist?list=PL…. Crawl into 1 that looks inviting. A bit of relaxation will help your mind, body, & spirit. And bring a new pov.

Twitter, reading all the early voting posts in my feed is giving me life. I'm so encouraged to see so many people engaged and using their vote to fight for democracy! YOU matter. YOUR VOTE matters. TY for turning up and turning out. 💙🙏 – at Brooklyn, NY
So impressed with the food waste working being done by @refed. Their webinars feel like masterclasses in this space. #sustainability #environment #food
Greenland sharks, swimming 2,200 meters below the surface of the Arctic & North Atlantic oceans, may help us cure cancer. They live to be ~400 years old. The secret to their longevity is in their genes that fend off #cancer.

Wild NYC housing stat: we have a massive housing shortage & 26K rent-stabilized apts are vacant because landlords won't make needed repairs. Imagine if the Mayor focused on that rather than destroying green space for brand new buildings. From @THECITYNY: thecity.nyc/2024/02/14/rent-… – at Brooklyn, NY

My bet is the most important election in your lifetime as well.
Every day gets more difficult.
Please stay vigilant and focused.
Vote Harris/Walz.
Or vote for the end of American freedoms ,those we have and those we aspire to have in the future.

Hundreds of Indigenous voters and allies are walking miles together -- many in traditional Native attire -- to cast early votes in Navajo Nation today.
Among the allies here: Mark Ruffalo.
