It was a privilege to speak to graduates of the Real Life Rosies program! This partnership between MACNY & local community colleges empowers women in manufacturing. Expanding programs like this is key to economic growth & workforce diversity in Central NY!

The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) provides subsides for the cost of heating for low-income New Yorkers. My bill requires social services districts to automatically re-enroll persons or households for HEAP as long as they remain eligible.

Today, I toured Crouse Hospital with CEO Dr. Seth Kronenberg. We visited the neonatal unit and ER. Crouse is a leading healthcare institution and one of the top employers in our district, providing vital care and jobs to the community.
I was glad to tour Camillus Ridge Terrace Assisted Living today and meet some of the residents. It is always an honor to meet the residents of the 50th Senate District!
