I started in the digital marketing game back in 2001 because I didn't want to speak to anyone. 21 years later and the Growth Manifesto Podcast has just won 4 awards for Best Business Podcast. Not bad for a guy with a stutter :)

Made this to explain the process to folks at Hopin. It’s how a team of three content marketers at Eventbrite made it seem like we had an army of people churning out content.

Personal brand as a strong reason to choose your company.
A known and visible founder is a huge asset for a lot of companies.
Why there are so many Gordon Ramsay/[insert famous celebrity chef here] restaurants: using IRS data from all NYC restaurants, having a famous owner generates $1.5M more a year in restaurant revenue, all else being equal. Lots more insights in the paper: researchgate.net/publication…

There's this weird subgroup of gatekeeping, traditional/old-school marketers who've started hating on my stuff recently, and it brings me an odd amount of joy. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Proud! This new #growthhacking book featured Marlies van den Brekel, @noahkagan, and me as Top Growth Experts to follow in 2021. A full chapter devoted to our Growth Lever Cheat Sheet.
Are you making this mistake? Many companies miss out on growth because they approach their cheapest product or service as a profit center instead of a mechanism to open up the Life Time Value of a client relationship.
Are you making growth hard while it could be easy? In a lot of business, I see a certain typology of buyers is buying faster, at higher prices, and with more repeat. BUT companies forget to focus enough on this segment.
Most businesses that are stuck on growth forget this simple principle. Take the time to understand from a quantitative AND qualitative perspective why you grow, and you're going to find your next growth lever.

This growth strategy alone could massively increase your business in 2021. Curious to learn how many people are using it as part of their growth strategy in 2021.
