I have commented on similarities between job hunting and online dating in the past; a new observation is that both spam you with a lot of notifications and emails from matching services.
Switching to Public Mobile via eSIM was pretty painless! Just installed the Public Mobile app, signed up for an eSIM and filled in the info to port my Fido number, and within an hour my number was ported. All automated, didn’t have to talk to anyone.
