Maurits says he paid around $90,000 PER HOUR for a private Boeing jet from Monaco to Ibiza, just to prove from flying economy his entire life to suddenly flying on one of the most expensive private jets in the world.
Maurits: “I flew in a private jet before I’d ever flown business class. I’d fly in economy, and then I flew my first ever private jet. It was a BBJ Boeing jet.”
“We flew from Monaco to Ibiza with friends, and those jets are, like, $90,000 an hour in terms of, like, so it’s, like, the top of the top.”
Maurits: “It went so quickly from economy, economy, like I’ve gone my whole life, to then private jet, like top of the top of the top stuff.”
Rasmr says there are deeper reasons behind why people are so obsessed with looking good and looksmaxxing
Rasmr: “I think looksmaxxing is the defining meta for at least a couple years. It feels like a perfect storm of male loneliness, the hedonism, the OnlyFans porn addiction. It’s like looksmaxxing is this perfect storm of all these macro things that have turned into this massive trend where people care a lot about looks. But there’s deeper implications to these people, to be honest. Like for example, Andrew Tate is like, ‘What’s your body count?’ and saying, like, women are fucking whatever, women are hoes. Clav is fucking making out with eight OnlyFans girls per stream. He doesn’t give a fuck about it. So it’s a different angle about the world.”
insentos says if you’re a trader struggling with seeing your P&L go up and down on the screen, there’s a simple solution.
“The best thing you can do is take out $20,000 and see how that money is in the real world. How long does it take you to spend $20,000? Once you realize, like, all right, that’s a lot of money, you just kind of start to appreciate it more and stop looking at it as just numbers on a screen.”

Luca Netz, founder of Pudgy Penguins, reveals his thoughts about NFTs comeback
"if NFTs come back, they’ll come back stronger than ever, especially as digital collectibles start taking on the physical collectible market.'
Luca: “I think when NFTs come back, they’ll come back stronger than you’ve ever seen them. the biggest trend and where you’re going to see the most explosion is around what you see today in the physical collectible market, which is trading cards. These things are yielding huge returns and have brought tremendous joy to millions and millions of people, and they’ve quasi become great stores of value.”
“I think when you look at the pros and cons of physical collectibles versus NFTs, NFTs have a slew of pros that physical collectibles do not. There’s no authenticity issues, no spoofing issues, no friction when buying or selling.”
Luca Netz says he’s been obsessed with getting people’s attention since childhood, and he knows how to make people talk about Pudgy Penguins whenever he wants.
Luca: “I always wanted to get people’s attention. So I know how to get people’s attention. And once I understood how to get people in crypto’s attention, it became really it just clicked. At any point that I want, I can make Pudgy Penguins the most talked about thing on the timeline for a day, two, a week.”

Pudgy Penguins founder Luca Netz reveals the plan he has for taking the company to the public markets.
Luca: “If we are able to hit our 2027 forecast, then I know in 2028, you know, we want to double that. And then if we can get within some realm of doubling that, then I know we are ready for public markets liquidity.”

Pudgy Penguins founder Luca Netz explains why solana:2zMMhcVQEXDtdE6vsFS7S7D5oUodfJHE8vd1gnBouauv launched on Solana while the NFTs remain on Ethereum.
Luca: “Ethereum is going to be around a thousand years from now. When you’re thinking about a first edition collectible, it’s a great product, a great chain to have your first edition collectibles on.”
“Solana is a mass market retail product. When you look at the token that is Pengu and how it acts within the mass-market ecosystem, Solana was the best place for it.”
“I go where I think we can serve the audience and the people best.”
Luca Netz: “My first onboarding to crypto was in 2017. My brother was a big computer nerd, and we had installed Coinbase. We started buying and playing around with things, but instead of buying a lot of crypto, I bought a bunch of GPUs. I bought a lot of 1080 TIs and we started mining DigiByte. We were mining all the wrong things, actually mining some Zcash too. I bought Zcash later, and it feels like it’s for sure going to be my biggest trade ever.”
Pudgy Penguins founder Luca Netz reveals that one holder has earned around $70K in licensing royalties from having their Penguin used commercially.
Luca: “I’m pretty sure the highest paid ever licensing of the last couple of years was somewhere between $60,000, $70,000 for one person that earned off of their Penguin.”
“I first got into crypto through my brother in 2017, when we downloaded Coinbase and started playing around with crypto.”
Luca Netz, founder of Pudgy Penguins, reveals how his first crypto experience quickly turned into buying GPUs and mining DigiByte and Zcash.
Luca: “My brother was a big computer nerd, and we had installed this app called Coinbase. We just started to buy and play around with things. But instead of buying a lot of crypto, what I ended up doing was buying a bunch of GPUs. I bought a lot of 1080 TIs, and we started mining. But we were mining DigiByte. We were mining all the wrong things, actually mining some Zcash too.”

Pudgy Penguins founder Luca Netz reveals what gives him an edge as a founder who actively trades onchain.
Luca: “It’s given me such an edge because I know what’s fugazi before the timeline knows it’s fugazi. I know people that I’m, you know, I know who’s a good trader, right? I know who to ask. Every night, 15, 30 minutes before bed, I just hop on my laptop and I explore. That’s given me an edge, both in Pudgy Penguins and in crypto. I know what people want to see, I know what the next trend is, and I think that’s the key, is just to understand where the puck is going.”
