🚨 JUST IN: A rabid leftist just went BERSERK at JD Vance, looking mentally unwell and angry, and he got swiftly hauled out by security
JD VANCE: "He took off his MAGA hat and threw it on the ground...he has not washed his hair in about 3 months! And they vote for Democrats!" 😭
Look at his anger!
That is NOT the party of joy! 😅

Anyone can claim to be anyone at any time.
Where election workers don’t—and in some cases legally can’t—ask voters to show ID, voters understandably lose confidence in the electoral process.
That, in turn, can have devastating consequences.
This isn’t funny.
We need Voter ID.

I think there are two big parts of the problem.
First, Airbnb's fees have become enormous.
Many of the property owners also use a property manager if they do not reside the same locality.
The property manager takes a percentage.
Localities see them as a drain on hotel taxes, so they have passed ordinances that tax rentals of less than 30 days the same as hotel rooms.
So the only way owners can maintain the margins that made the initial investment profitable is to pass some of those costs along to the renters.
As those costs have climbed so to has the rental prices.
I've used them for longer stays to avoid having to dine out every day and to be able to do my own laundry.
But the prices have dramatically increased to the point where I can usually find a hotel room under $200 a night that ends up being cheaper.

It doesn't. In fact it's attempt could be criminal.
Either way it's a Title 8 matter ao the DJ has no jurisdiction

Article 3 cannot preclude Article 2 from investigating suspected violations of federal law, nor can they dictate the manner of investigation.
This is not a logical remedy.
This infringes on the Article 2 “take care” clause.
This will be stayed…..

Fortunately the order is irrelevant under Title 8

Montana Code Annotated 13-35-221 makes it illegal to promise valuable consideration to induce someone to cease being a candidate. Alani Bankhead stated on camera that the DNC’s head of female veteran candidates (or equivalent) offered her a job to drop out of the U.S. Senate race. She refused. That is the fact pattern.
Montana AG Austin Knudsen correctly flagged the statute: statutes.laws-info.com/monta…. The prohibition is explicit: “A person may not pay or promise valuable consideration to another, in any manner or form, for the purpose of inducing the other person to be or to refrain from or to cease being a candidate.”
Federal law is also implicated. 18 U.S.C. § 600 criminalizes promising employment or other benefit “as consideration, favor, or reward for any political activity or for the support of or opposition to any candidate” in connection with an election, when the benefit is made possible in whole or in part by an Act of Congress. uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?…. If the offered position involved federal resources, influence, or coordination, the statute applies. Bankhead’s own published account separately describes a sitting U.S. senator offering her a job and a Democratic governor calling her to step aside. dnyuz.com/2026/10/10/democra…
The novel finding is this: the primary voters already chose. Bankhead won the Democratic nomination. The subsequent pressure campaign—including the job offer—is an attempt by national party apparatus and aligned officials to reverse a completed primary by inducing withdrawal. Occam’s razor points to a single purpose: clear the field for the preferred independent (Seth Bodnar, backed by former Sen. Jon Tester and others) so the non-Republican vote is not split. Montana law and federal election statutes exist precisely to prevent that form of inducement. The same institutions that treat primary results as sacrosanct when convenient treated this one as disposable once the preferred outcome required it.
The proportionate path is immediate, public investigation by the Montana Attorney General’s office under 13-35-221 and parallel review by the Department of Justice Criminal Division under 18 U.S.C. § 600 and related provisions (including 18 U.S.C. § 599 if appointment influence was involved). Demand production of communications, calendar entries, and any draft job descriptions from the DNC and the individuals Bankhead named. If the evidence confirms the offer was made to induce cessation of candidacy, prosecute. State law also provides for injunctive relief against ballot placement where mercenary motive is shown. Parallel civil discovery or a special counsel referral is available if DOJ declines. The final condition is simple: no party, official, or organization may purchase the withdrawal of a nominee after voters have spoken. That is the only rule consistent with free elections.

All of the smartest Americans have the same opinion regarding the Democrats.
"I think the Democratic Party is in the worst place it's ever been, in the 250-year history of the country."
Billionaire investor Bill Ackman delivers a scathing assessment of Democrats, describing the party as "crazy, radicalized" and "anti-American."
Ackman acknowledges that there are still high-quality Democrats in Congress but argues the party as a whole has lost its way.
He also singles out Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, a politician he says he once respected, accusing him of compromising his values to protect his political career.
His criticism extends beyond Washington. See what Ackman says about New York City's mayor and his own political ambitions: foxnews.com/media/bill-ackma…
