I’m all for OOC games but FSU should not be playing both Miami and Florida while the other two only play FSU. If you play Alabama, Florida should be off the schedule.

But when you have a guy with an unspectacular arm managing to throw a career high 8.1 air yards/attempt last year (same as megazoid-arm Josh Allen and Jordan Love) and the base of his throwing motion gets nuked by a torn achilles, AND he loses Alec Pierce who stretched the field and made the whole operation possible to begin with, it's joever
If DJ and Pierce don't get hurt, Ballard is still employed and the Colts are competing for the division. Life comes at ya fast

All of the bullshit we’ve seen in college football the last 5 years would disappear overnight if the NFL started or even threatened to start a developmental league that NIL couldn’t compete with.
This problem starts way upstream. College players aren't really being developed under a specific system anymore. They just go where there's any semblance of playing time, especially with quarterbacks.
Everything's so watered-down since high school recruiting is an afterthought these days. It's not about pro-readiness. It's every man for himself.
You make the same argument for some high school programs as well.
