The cloture vote on the CLARITY Act is tomorrow.
This isn’t a vote about politics. It's about the millions of Americans and business owners who use crypto to invest, save, and cut down on costs.
Every Senator needs to know it.

🚨CRYPTO INVESTORS: DO NOT SCAN THIS QR CODE
A fake IRS notice is being mailed to crypto holders directing them to a bogus “Digital Asset Compliance Portal.”
It looks very convincing. It isn’t real.
Please spread the word.

1 in 4 Americans hold crypto - and passing CLARITY is a priority for them.
American voters are 2x more likely to support a candidate that backs CLARITY (vs those less likely), regardless of party preference. So the stakes are high for Senate leadership.
CLARITY isn't only a win for crypto users. It’s a win for the future of America as a global leader for finance, innovation, and national security.
It delivers on all fronts, and voters know it. Senators should too.

10 days remaining for our treasury proposal
Almost 500M ADA in yes votes
✅ productive treasury deployment, not a traditional grant or expense where 100% of funds are used with no direct return
✅ treasury makes money
✅ this isn’t “if” the protocol is successful, it’s already making money today, LPs are up over $3M all time with our protocols
✅ treasury retains ownership
✅ crucial liquidity needed to fuel our next stage of growth as we strive to become a globally recognized protocol
✅ more liquidity means higher trade size which attracts larger trades, more activity coming to Cardano
✅ successful track record of delivery and historical returns
✅ some of the strongest organic traction on Cardano (and entire industry)
Thanks to everyone for the support 🫡

We’re now about 2 weeks into our Cardano Treasury proposal with 2 weeks of voting remaining.
First, thanks to everyone who has taken the time to read the proposal, ask good questions and provide thoughtful feedback.
A few good topics have come up recently that we’d like to address:
1. Treasury Risk
Could the investment lose money?
Yes. There is risk.
No investment is risk free, and it’s possible the vault could underperform.
The best evidence we have is historical performance: both Strike V1 and V2 have generated strong returns for liquidity providers over an extended period and both are profitable all time.
Of course, past performance doesn’t guarantee future results.
That said, it’s worth considering the type of risk involved.
A productive capital deployment into an established protocol with a live product, real users, and a proven revenue model is fundamentally different from funding an early-stage project that may never achieve adoption.
Even if returns were below expectations, or the position experienced a modest loss, that risk profile is different from grants where the capital is spent once and may generate little or no lasting value, essentially losing 100% of value.
2. Volume and Verifiability
We report volume in accordance with the industry standard across all perp DEXs.
Some have pointed out that trading volume is self reported because matching, liquidation, and pricing occur offchain.
That’s a fair observation.
However, even if someone were skeptical of reported volume, one thing cannot be fabricated:
Liquidity provider payouts.
For more than 16 months, liquidity providers have received real distributions backed by real protocol revenue.
If our reported activity were materially inaccurate, those payouts simply wouldn’t exist.
So while it’s reasonable to scrutinize reported trading metrics, the actual cash flows to LPs provide independent evidence that the protocol is generating genuine economic activity.
With that being said, we’re 100% in agreement that verifiable volume and other metrics are of utmost important, and something we’ll continue to improve.
We appreciate everyone engaging in good faith discussion and look forward to answering any additional questions as voting continues.
After delivering new features on a constant basis, we can confidently say it's one of the most feature rich perps platforms on the market. We have been scaling volume month to month and are now ready to compete globally. Strike is in a hyper-growth phase and an injection of liquidity is what's needed in order to onboard the next wave of users while maintaining a seamless UX experience.

SecondFi email scams now.
Please be vigilant.
Hey @secondfiapp ⚠️
I received this very strangely worded email, oddly signed “The Team.”
I can’t imagine this coming from you.
If they’re sending this to me, they’re likely sending it to others as well.
It may be worth also specifically warning about this phishing attempt.
As all was unfolding with the Secondfi hack and FUD was running rampant I think its worth mentioning accounts that really step up to provide some guidance of what was taking place as Emurgo took their sweet ass time. 🤜🤛

We have been following the security incident affecting SecondFi closely, and our thoughts are with everyone impacted.
On scope, and to help avoid wider concern, this is an isolated issue specific to SecondFi’s own wallet software. Other wallets across the Cardano ecosystem are not affected, and at the network level Cardano continues exactly as intended - with the ledger intact and consensus producing and validating blocks without interruption.
We have also seen the community step in to investigate and support the response, a reflection of how this ecosystem rallies when it matters. That collaborative instinct is one of Cardano’s real strengths.
For those affected, however, the official @secondfiapp account remains the authoritative channel for updates on the incident, the response, and any next steps.
A reminder, incidents like this attract opportunists. Stay alert to impersonation and phishing. No legitimate party will ever ask for your seed phrase or private keys.

1/ DReps should seriously consider voting YES on Strike Finance’s treasury proposal.
This is not a grant. It is a 12-month productive deployment of 9M ADA into Strike V2 liquidity, converted into USDM, with the goal of returning principal + yield back to the Cardano Treasury.
64,000,000 $ADA in voting power has already voted yes in the first 12 hours
This liquidity investment proposal:
- grows the treasury by returning all funds + all earned yield after 12 months
- gives us crucial liquidity to compete globally
Thanks for the support 🫡

🚨 Attention Cardano 🚨
We’ll be submitting our treasury proposal onchain within the next 24 hours.
This gives the Cardano treasury sustainable yield while providing one of the ecosystem’s leading protocols with the necessary liquidity to compete on a global stage.
Why this matters:
- Perpetual futures account for roughly 75% of on-chain trading activity across crypto.
- We’ve done over $1 billion in trading volume and paid out more than $3M to liquidity providers
- We believe we’ve demonstrated strong product market fit and a proven ability to generate activity
Additional liquidity would give us:
- deeper markets
- better executing and tighter spreads
- greater capacity for users
- the ability for a Cardano product to compete more effectively in one of the industry’s largest sectors
We believe growing treasury capital while supporting our largest protocols should be a key priority as Cardano focuses on growth and long-term sustainability.

"AI agents will hold more crypto than humans within a decade."
Charles Hoskinson (@IOHK_Charles) studied math, dropped out, built one of the only blockchains designed by peer-reviewed research. He co-founded Ethereum, walked away over how it was run, and built Cardano to do it differently.
The man who has argued with everyone in this industry now thinks the biggest user of crypto won't be people at all.
"Humans are a rounding error in the system we're building. AI agents don't sleep, don't panic-sell, and don't care about price. They transact in tokens because that's the only thing they can actually use."
We cover:
- Why AI agents (not humans) become the dominant on-chain actors, and what that does to every token model
- The infrastructure that has to exist before agents can transact safely at scale
- Why most current blockchains can't handle machine-speed transactions
- Where Cardano's research-first approach fits in a world of autonomous agents
- The identity problem: how do you tell a human from an agent on-chain, and why it matters
- Why he's bullish on the technology but blunt about the timeline
- What he thinks the rest of the industry is getting wrong about AI + crypto
- The one thing that has to happen for any of this to be real
Thanks to Charles for coming on @new_era_finance.

This has been a pretty rough week for this industry, ecosystem and even Indigo. No one is immune to the market fallout we’re seeing right now.
However, I would like to offer some words of encouragement and hope for you all leading into the weekend and next week…
We continue to make gains on new markets and Tranche 2 will go live Monday if these DAO approvals hold. PSM has already amassed 550k USD in liquidity!
Indigo is also capitalized well with 12-15/mo of runway even at these ADA values, so for anyone concerned on that, don’t be. If ADA falls another 90% it’s another story, but I personally don’t see that happening. We’ve worked tirelessly over the 5+yrs we’ve been here to build a well oiled machine with the right structural rails in order to sustain market fallout as we’ve endured a multitude of times now. This very moment is not different, albeit harsh as there’s ecosystem-wide pain and project closure happening. Luckily for Indigo, we’re buffered for the time being.
Appreciate you all. Try not to get too down and here’s to Indigo surviving for the long haul and prospering as the dust eventually settles 💪🏻🙏🏻
