@royalairmaroc my flight was cancelled by the airline. I’ve requested for a refund TWO WEEKS ago and have called in twice. Nobody can help and no email response. On top of that, customer service has been extremely rude. Can someone PLEASE assist?

I’ve also sent via DM my booking ref number, case number and email address so you should have all the information you need :) apparently my case has been resent to the “relevant” department TWICE but still NO RESPONSE from you.
Serious help from @Airbnb needed. My case was closed because that was apparently protocol from your customer service dept. It’s been 3 days, the time I was told to wait, and still my case is not solved. my trip is next week. PLEASE HELP!
