I'm applying for jobs right now & it feels like when I was 23-27 & had no interest in dating but continued to do all the things that would result in dating. And then I'd be on a date and feel like "wait. I don't want to do this." So, all in all, I hate everything about it.
I’ve loved this magazine & my time with it. This was a difficult decision but the right one—better things ahead and all that goodness. My love to all the writers and editors and readers that have made up our beautiful community for so long 💕
Today, we come to you with bittersweet news.
It is with grateful but heavy hearts that we announce that Issue 63/64: Regeneration will be Ruminate’s last. ❤️

I listened to Midnights by myself while my partner was working, so now we get to play the fun game where we listen together and I hawk-watch his face to make sure he has the correct reaction to each new track.

On a walk, I hear music across the street. It's a youth making a TikTok! They're so happy & I'm delighted & they see me see them, yell SHIT & I, agedly, yell back "don't be embarrassed! That looked cool!" as they yell nnnOOOOOO, both of us knowing I had ruined everything already
