I'm trying to understand why Raila Odinga is pushing for the return of Unga subsidies, yet with the SUBSIDIES in place, the cost of Unga was KES 250 in the Handshake GOV'T as compared to President William Ruto's GOV'T, where Unga is KES 180. What's the rationale behind his push?
