Nobody tells you how excruciating temperature management in a tiny room is. Boiling to death in this recently constructed building that of course has no AC.

The thought of my age starting with a 2 soon is scary.

I'd give the aura a 6/10 so far, the prismatic lighting is pretty but the flickering is too much and lost like 40% of my peripheral vision.

Not 5 minutes later and it covers the entire left peripheral vision yeah no I'll have to restmaxx before it gets to the worse stages.

What the fuck why are most reactions to this thing positive? Do people trust the lizard enough to let the palantir surveillance drone 9000 into their lifes? I'd rather post my ssn into gpt convo than that.
Pretty surreal seeing the Muse Charm on stage at Connect. It was really fun incubating this lil guy alongside a small group of incredibly talented designers. Technology should be fun!

I feel like when you start working for meta an evil seed is planted within you, which subconsciously discourages you from leaving the company and eats you from the inside. No shot all these employees are born so demonic.

Hot take: The casualties of the upcoming russian invasion will be tragic but it also brings a great opportunity to break up the EU once and for all. Could go either way for national interests of individual states, but chaos is a fertile ground.

I expect the aliance to be strong initially as current developments show and crack within like half a year if the war wont be a "3 day operation".

Initial attacks or threats are also likely to begin during fall this year. Source: I made it the fuck up (partly).

Draft so nefarious I'm hesitant to post it because it'll spawn black cars infront of my house.

Bend 2 is here! It is a new programming language that blocks AI mistakes via *proof checking* - the same technique big AI labs used to solve open math problems, like Navier-Stokes. It is also very fast, and runs on GPUs. Watch the video. Link in the comments.
RELEASE DAY After almost 10 years of hard work, tireless research, and a dive deep into the kernels of computer science, I finally realized a dream: running a high-level language on GPUs. And I'm giving it to the world! Bend compiles modern programming features, including: - Lambdas with full closure support - Unrestricted recursion and loops - Fast object allocations of all kinds - Folds, ADTs, continuations and much more To HVM2, a new runtime capable of spreading that workload across 1000's of cores, in a thread-safe, low-overhead fashion. As a result, we finally have a true high-level language that runs natively on GPUs! Here's a quick demo:

In itself 256gb is more than enough if you're streaming your games, as you should with this headset. Issue is now I actually have a reason to upgrade my GPU and the market is NOT looking good rn.

My timeline is filled with overwhelmingly 1tb model reservations being waitlisted, lots of others in the queue. Anybody collecting concrete stats?
