This government is completely out of touch with what young people are dealing with.
Students are working multiple jobs, skipping meals, taking on more debt, and wondering if they’ll even be able to finish the degrees they already started.
Students aren’t asking for anything unreasonable. They’re asking for the chance to finish what they started.

Trump threatened to annex Canada. Did he think we’d celebrate by booking Vegas?
Canadian visits fell 17.4% last year. Now the tourism slump is an election issue in Nevada.
We don’t owe America our vacation money.
Trump fucked around. Americans who depend on our business get to find out.

Hard working students are being made to pay the price for @nolanmquinn's mistakes.
Rather than target colleges under investigation, Doug Ford and Quinn froze OSAP for students across all career colleges. It was a crucial mistake.
Minister Quinn must resign.

After a 5 MONTH BREAK, Doug returns to Queen’s Park with the lowest Premier approval rating in Canada. We’ve had it with Ford ripping us off: ⤵️
OSAP scandal
$30M luxury jet
Greenbelt probe
Contracts to 🇺🇸 companies
School chaos/starving health
And much more
Mark Carney now holds the highest approval rating in Canadian history at 70%, surpassing that of former prime minister Jean Chrétien in September 1994 (66%).

Doug Ford keeps promising surplus.
Doug Ford keeps delivering record deficits.
You’re getting less for healthcare, less for schools, less for OSAP, less for social services, less for municipalities, and yet Ontario is still on track for record debt by 2030.
So the question is: where is the money going?
NEW: Ontario’s financial accountability officer is projecting, continued, multi billion dollar deficits for the rest of the decade.
Ontario’s debt, under the Ford government, is also expected to climb to nearly $600B by 2030

I've had kids in school since 2014.
All our kids deserve smaller class sizes and schools properly supported with more EAs, guidance, and mental health and behavioural supports.
Our schools are underfunded and our kids are paying the price. Enough. It's time to fix this. #onted
Ontario's biggest education union, ETFO, has scheduled a strike vote for November.
They're the second of four unions to take this step this week

The alliance between Canada and Europe is not defined by what we oppose. It is about what we are for: freedom, solidarity, prosperity, sustainability. An alliance strong enough so that no one can dictate our choices.
Europe and Canada are each strong. Europe and Canada are even stronger together.
An honour to address the European parliament today.

Ontario's public education system has been shortchanged by a cumulative $6.5 billion since 2018 because funding has failed to keep pace with inflation and growing student enrolment.
The consequences are clear: larger class sizes, fewer teachers and educational assistants, growing repair backlogs, and students with special education needs being left without the supports they deserve.
Ontario's students, families, and educators deserve better. It's time to stop the distractions, properly fund our schools, and invest in the classrooms where our children learn and thrive. #onpoli #onted

When I became an MPP in 2025, it quickly became clear that my concerns about healthcare were well founded.
The Ford Conservatives’ lack of respect for Ontarians and our democracy extends far beyond healthcare - it shows up in housing, the economy, education and virtually every area of provincial responsibility.
It is time for a serious Government in Ontario. Join me to build a better future together: LeeFairclough.ca
