Have you ever dissected an owl pellet? We did! Now the grade 7 students @BishopMacTCDSB get to piece the bones together and identify the animals that the owls ate!
Such a sad day. 4 years ago @MicrosoftEduCA and @FCLEdu gifted me with a surface computer to use in my classroom. Today it died due to an unfortunate tuna juice leak incident. I feel lost without it! #SurfacePro8 was the best tool for teachers to use!!!
Create build and play doesn’t only happen in primary grades. We are introducing play into the intermediate division and the response is overwhelming! Kids love to play at any age and it’s such a great way for them to engage with each other. @BishopMacTCDSB

The @BishopMacdonell fairies 🧚🏻♀️ are busy responding to letters this weekend! “What do you do all day?” “Where do you live?” And “I want to meet you” are some of the highlights. It’s hard to tell who is more excited, me or the kids!
Fairies 🧚🏻♀️ have come to our SK/1 class @BishopMacdonell the students were overwhelmed with excitement and all we could do was write letters to them and make them comfortable beds and houses. I’ve never seen so much writing happen in my life!
The students @BishopMacdonell were deeply invested in the history of residential schools. #OrangeShirtDay was the kickstart to our FNMI conversations in our sk/1 class. The grade 3/4 class @sara__withtheh also contributed to our display.

Popsicle stick puzzles 🧩 were a blast! It was fun to watch Ss demonstrating spatial reasoning and problem solving! Loved hearing things like “I’ll start with orange and red because their at the back!” Then came the task of them making their own puzzle drawing! @SACTVDSB
