A lot of people aren't going to want to hear this but much of the "depression" that parents (and not just moms) suffer after child birth is due not so much to hormones but to the fact that children, especially babies, are demanding and difficult and require us to subordinate our own needs and desires for their sake. The more selfish you are, the more of an adjustment it's going to be.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Medical sources say postpartum depression is multifactorial. Rapid drops in estrogen and progesterone after birth are key biological factors, along with sleep loss and adjustment stress. It is not primarily attributed to selfishness.

Why would we “thank Russia”?
Today, after more than four years of detention in Russia, Robert Gilman is on his way home to be reunited with his family. Mr. Gilman joins over 100 Americans whom President Trump has freed during his second term in office.
We thank Russia for working with Special Envoy Steve Witkoff to release Mr. Gilman and allowing him to receive the necessary medical treatment here in the United States.
While we appreciate this positive step, we are still seeking the immediate return of all other unjustly detained Americans, including wrongful detainee Stephen Hubbard. The President will not stop until all unjustly detained Americans are home.

Charlie Kirk was not very good at making friends.
Have you noticed he surrounded himself with some of the worst people?
Candace, Tucker, and so many influencers who spoke at his events who later attacked his wife and worked to help his assassin break free.
Today, Tucker told Hunter Biden, “I love Candace Owens. She’s a wonderful person.”
Anyway, here’s what Charlie thought about Tucker’s buddy @HunterBiden.
Not long before his assassination, I warned Charlie Kirk about the grifters he allowed to take the stage at his events.
I wish he would have listened.

Never lose your smile.
This Iranian hero went to his death with a smile on his face—openly mocking the terror regime that would murder him only moments later.
Heroes like Majid Kavousifar understand that there are things in this world far more important than one’s physical life, things like FREEDOM.
The Islamic Regime was able to take away his life—but they could never take away his smile, his hope, his love, or his already completely FREE spirit.
May his memory forever be a blessing, may his murderers be thrust down and swiftly destroyed, and may Iran soon be FREE.
Javid Shah and God bless the Iranian People.

40,000 Iranian protesters were massacred by the Islamic regime simply for protesting for freedom.

Charlie Kirk deserved better friends than these two cowards who still haven't called out Candace Owens by name!

“I’d much rather the country look like this room than the inside of that courtroom.”
