Seven MLB pitchers this season have 50+ innings and an ERA of 2.00 or better. Yankees are the only team with two in Brent Headrick (51.1 IP, 1.40 ERA) and Paul Blackburn (54 IP, 2.00 ERA) The others are Shohei Ohtani, Jacob Misiorowski, Louie Varland, Troy Melton and Ben Brown

Paul Blackburn averaged 90 mph on his fastball the few short stints he had when he first came up. Now he's throwing 97. I mean that's just absurd!

I was a fan of bringing Blackburn back but I didn't think 2026 Paul Blackburn would be the best reliever on the team and also throw 97 mph.

Huge signing news from the 2026 Yankees draft class... 15th-round HS product William Cutshall will sign with the team and forgo his commitment to Ole Miss Really great late-round value for the Yankees, and there were some questions on if he would sign, which are now shut down🔥

James Wood is my sweet son. He's Intelligent, kind, funny, and a hell of baseball player. James Woods with an "s" is an actor and a different sort of fella altogether. Felt like that was important to say right about now. Sure wish others were as careful about spelling as I am.
