I hope whoever came up with this gets due credit. Our neighbor is older and lives alone so I gave her 3 color pieces of paper for her window which faces our window. Green is for I'm OK, yellow for need help with an errand, and red for emergency. Isolation Communication.

My 2020 wish for theatres... commission, programme (& pay for) more artist led ‘made’ performance. Look beyond just programming plays, writer & director led theatre- remember the solo artists, companies, ensembles, partnerships-take a risk, trust in vision, the unknown & original

Some people know what it's like,
to be called a cunt in front of their children
to be short for the rent
to be short for the light
to be short for school books
to wait in Community Welfare waiting-rooms full of smoke
to wait two years to have a tooth looked at

As always, hope these are useful & good luck if you're applying - let me know if you do!
If you enjoy #OpportunityTuesday please do share to help reach the artists who need it most. I started it to try to level the playing field a bit, every little helps 💛
See you next week!😊

Working as a freelancer can be a mentally taxing thing.
Give yourself credit, your doing really well.
