Extremely concerning, on a number of levels, how The Guardian is covering women’s sport.

the thing with saying they "don't have the right" is that it's a lie. they do have the right and the law is very clear about it. keir starmer is a lawyer and knows this. he's talking about stripping existing human rights away from minorities he doesn't like.
Horrifying to see Keir rip up decades of Equality Law Allies don’t vote Labour on Thursday

I've known that I will not be voting Labour for a fair while now but not sure I've explicitly stated it publicly, so for the avoidance of any doubt: fuck that shit

Labour are heading for a massive margin of victory and they are spending their time pandering to a billionaire who spends her days bullying trans people on the internet. It is so utterly depressing.

The fact that Ratcliffe views the men’s team as the “first team” and doesn’t consider the women’s team worthy of that moniker says it all. Mindset at any football club *should* be that both the men’s and women’s teams are the “first teams”.
Jim Ratcliffe asked about his plans for Manchester United's women's team in an interview with Bloomberg. 'We haven't got into that level of detail with the women's team yet. We've been pretty much focused on how we resolve the first team issues.' Q: So it's TBC? JR: 'Yes'
