This is the worst article I’ve ever read from the #Bears beat. And that’s saying something.

Hear, hear
“I know the King, I simply cannot believe that he could have said something like that” Rory Stewart, who tutored Prince Harry and Prince William, says claims by Earl Spencer that King Charles, in the days after Princess Diana’s death, said "rest assured, we'll forget her soon enough” are “not his character, not his personality”. #Newsnight

My beautiful, best beloved Mama Rose went on an hour ago. She had been abused, used as a fighting dog, breeder dog and bait dog then dumped, heavily pregnant on the road with her mouth duct taped shut. My friend rescued her and I adopted her and one of her puppies. She was the strongest, smartest, most elegant and beautiful girl in the whole world. She stopped really eating a week ago and after numerous vet visits and consults and worry it was found that she was very very sick. She would never show it, of course, being such a strong lady, but it took its toll. She will always be walking in spirit with me and her son on our 4 am walks , we have a standing appointment for those starlight walks. Love you forever Miss Delilah Rosalinda, you are no longer where you were, but you are everywhere that I am. Credit : Irene Dorman

Next time you think of a Pigeon in a negative way just think….. Pigeons Are Misunderstood Geniuses. Most people don't realize just how incredible Pigeons truly are. These gentle birds aren’t just loyal partners—they're brilliant, complex beings. Tucked inside their beaks are tiny magnetic crystals that act like a natural GPS, helping them navigate thousands of miles with stunning precision. They can also hear frequencies too low for us to detect, read polarized light patterns in the sky, and even see in ultraviolet light, giving them a vibrant view of the world we can't imagine. Pigeons are also remarkably intelligent. Studies show they can count, recognize their own reflections, understand abstract ideas, and even grasp probability, sometimes outperforming young children. When raising their young, they produce a special milk-like substance in their throats to nourish their chicks. They form lifelong bonds with their mates and use different coos and calls to communicate danger, love, and territory. History has seen their courage, too. During wartime, a pigeon named Cher Ami delivered a message that saved 194 soldiers—even after losing a leg. Sadly, despite all this, many pigeons were abandoned when we no longer “needed” them, and they stayed close to humans because that's what they knew. Pigeons are not pests. They are intelligent, emotional, deeply social beings that remember us. It's time we remember them. ❤️

I am old enough to remember Mourinho’s Chelsea go 1-0 down to a good West Ham side (yeah, such things are possible!), lose Maniche to a red after 17 minutes and come back to win 4-1 with Drogba and Crespo up front.

@narendramodi ji Street dogs are not a problem, they are part of our community. Taking them away is not the solution — compassion and coexistence is. Raise your voice before it’s too late. ✊ #SaveDelhiNcrDogs #NoDogNoVote

Test cricket needs to stop being governed by the clock. Instead tell both teams that, barring weather breaks, 90 overs will be played in the day with lunch after 30 and tea after 60. That would also have stopped all the trouble last night. So far 32 overs taken out. Scandalous.

The most underrated career skill is the ability to receive tough love. Acquiring knowledge is easy. Obtaining constructive criticism is hard. If you can't handle the truth, people stop telling you the truth. The people who grow the most are the ones who take feedback the best.
