Neat stuff coming for the Xperia 1 ii :)
As someone who's day job is Android firmware development, I wanted to set myself an interesting challenge, Android Jellybean on a "modern" device.
Since the 1 ii was blacklisted in Australia (at least the HK model), I've been looking for uses for it, so why not try something cursed!
So far basically everything is working (excluding Celluar/GPS, and Camera is a huge WIP atm).
GPU Acceleration is even working!
Yes, this is fully native too (mostly, technically some of the hardware interfaces run in a chroot on top of Jellybean), but,,,,, I can't backport drivers I don't have the source for so :P

as a person who used to literally run production for a relatively large company, no-one with real work is going to use vibeslop premiere, after effects, or any of these "programs"
and also as for IDA Pro, Ghidra exists, gtfo.
bonus points if you throw the SIM into a portable router with a long battery life and throw it into the car of someone you don't like!
