Hilarious that the most chaotic week of college football this year happens the same week we find out none of this would really matter if it happened next year

The most impressive thing about playing golf with Scottie Scheffler? Colt Knost teed it up with the world number one last week, and it's not what you think. He shares the story on Gravy & The Sleeze. @SchefflerLegion | @ColtKnost | @thesleezyman 📻: sxm.app.link/gravyandtheslee…

Has there ever been a QB who one year was top 3 in Heisman odds going into the last regular season game and then the next he is statistically the worst QB in CFB
It's a small graphic showing Pass Efficiency Ratings of P4 quarterbacks, so before opening it, I'll give you one guess as to who is represented by the noticeably shorter red bar on the right.

I have to say a huge thank you to everyone we met this summer who told us to come back for college football in the fall. This was the best idea ever! Before this trip, we had never really followed American football, not even the NFL. The Super Bowl was the only game we watched. Now, four weeks into our trip, we’ve become such big fans of the sport that we’re already planning watch parties in the middle of the night when we’re back in Germany! After today’s game, we rushed back to our hotel to catch the rest of Alabama vs. Georgia, and now we’re sitting here watching Boise State vs. Fresno State. Never thought we’d get this hooked on football. Thanks for introducing us to this amazing sport! 🙏

Can’t begin to describe how stupid this statement was lol
Mike Elko on the message to the fan base: "There is a difference between the fan base and social media. There's one group that I really don't care much about. Billy's cesspool can go be Billy's cesspool. Our fan base, be with us. Stay behind us. We are going to build something we told you we were going to build. We are in a really bad spot right now, but we are going to work our way out of it."

The “cesspool” blocked Mike Stoops from getting the job you then benefited from. The “cesspool” funds your program. The “cesspool” is going to fill out the stadium next week even though your decisions led to this unacceptable performance… @CoachMikeElko

Just absolutely horrified looking through the stats from today… 1 of A&M’s first 10 drives went for more than 10 yards. Averaged 0.94 yards per play in the 2Q and 3Q. A&M drove the ball just 44 total yards downfield before the 4Q. I don’t know how much more I can stomach…

Re: Mike Elko… if you make horrible decisions for who you hire to coach the offense and then lose games cause your offense sucks, the fans are gonna question you and bemoan those decisions That doesn’t make the fans a “cesspool”

Risking turning TexAgs against you feels like a very bad move. Love them or hate them, the people at TexAgs always treat the team and coaches with reverence. This was likely not intended as a direct shot at TexAgs… I’m sure he meant the boards specifically, but those subscribers are some of your most hardcore fans. And they are TexAgs’s client base. Lot of crossover between them and 12th man crowd they play in front of. Also, I work 9-5 for a small online retail business. Our most vocal and nasty negative customers are ALWAYS our strongest supporters if we make things right.
Texas A&M HC Mike Elko on his message to the fan base at this point in the season: "There's a difference to me between the fan base and social media, and so there's one group that I really don't care much about. Billy's cesspool can go be Billy's cesspool. Our fan base: Stay with us. Be behind us. We're going to build something. That's what we told you we were going to build. Texas A&M has a passionate fanbase who supports the team even when they’re bad probably better than any other school in the country. The HC intentionally antagonizing that fanbase seems like an odd choice.
Asked Texas A&M coach Mike Elko what he'd say to Aggie fans who are losing faith in the team. "There's a difference to me between the fan base and social media. So there's one group that I really don't care much about. Billy's cesspool (at TexAgs) can go be Billy's cesspool. Our fan base, stay with us, be behind us. We're going to build something that we told you we were going to build. So we're in a really bad spot right now, but we'll work our way out of it."
