basically everything in your personal life should be pre-computed and require ~0 thinking. if you're thinking lots daily outside of work it's more likely that it's a defense (intellectualization/rumination/rationalization) than actual thinking EXCEPT IF (see screenshot)

Ever seen a many-plumed moth?
Alucitidae are recognised by their modified wings consisting of 6 rigid spines on each forewing and hindwing. Each spine is lined with flexible bristles, creating a structure similar to that of a bird's feather.

I spent about 20 hours putting together a written + visual transcript of "to those thinking of transitioning" by Ivory! It includes images and gifs from the video, links and references to all sources and articles used, & replicates the original faithfully.

Ivory has posted one final video, "to those thinking of transitioning". It's two hours long and I highly, highly recommend watching it, even if you're not trans or have already transitioned.
I've linked some resources she provides in the thread below.

The amnesticization scene in SCP-8980 is the most disturbed I’ve ever been reading something on the wiki. Especially after finding out the author based it on lobotomy procedures.

A rare split-second view of the critically endangered Regent Honeyeater banking in flight, revealing its exquisite black and gold plumage. Fewer than 400 remain in the wild.
